Typically cards are traded or transferred within seconds or minutes. Our goal is to always complete transactions efficiently, with a maximum wait of 24 hours, but delays with card and ETH transfers sometimes happen (e.g. 48 to 72 hours) during peak times of demand.
If there is a delay, it is likely because the Ethereum network is busy and gas fees are high. Gas fees are payments made to cover the cost of the computing energy required to process transactions on the Ethereum blockchain. Here is a more technical explanation of gas fees.
During times of significant impact, please check our Discord, Twitter Support, or in-game notifications for updates. If you feel there is still an issue and that you should have received a card or ETH already, please submit a ticket.
