How do I play Sorare MLB?

1. Build your roster

When you sign up, you receive a starter pack of Common cards. Use these to get familiar with the game. To compete at the highest level, collect Pro cards — officially licensed digital cards that come in four scarcity levels: Limited, Rare, Super Rare, and Unique.

2. Enter competitions

Sorare MLB runs on a Game Week schedule with two core competition formats:
In-Season: competitions for current-season cards only, with the highest reward potential. Choose between Leaderboards (ranked competition against other Managers) or Hot Streaks (beat defined score targets).
Classic: open to all cards regardless of season. More lineup slots available in 2026 — up to 4 lineups in Limited/Rare, 2 in Super Rare and Unique.
Arenas: small-field head-to-head competitions (10 lineups) unlocked with Essence, with dedicated prize pools.
Daily Missions: activate up to approximately 15 players per day across your full collection to earn Essence, Credits, Clues, XP, and more.

3. Score points

Your lineup scores points based on your players' real-life performances in MLB games. The higher the combined score, the better your ranking — and your rewards.

4. Win rewards and progress

Rewards include cash, Sorare MLB cards, and Essence (used to craft new cards in the Sorare Factory). The more consistently you play, the more you progress. Cards also earn XP as you use them, increasing their level and your competitive edge.
