My purchase was denied for insufficient funds but I have the money, what can I do?

If you are having issues with your card payments we recommend you contact your bank. Unfortunately we cannot approve card transfers for you. This needs to be handled directly with your bank. 


If you are receiving the ‘bank not approved’ message after trying to sell a card for the first time, it is because your bank needs to be approved first. This is an automatic process. After a while, you will be able to sell your cards.
