If you are having issues with your credit card or card payments, please contact your bank directly. Sorare is not authorized to act on behalf of your bank.

If you are receiving a "bank not approved" message after trying to sell a card for the first time, it is because your bank needs to be approved first. This is an automatic process and, when it is complete, you will be able to sell your cards.
