We are sorry to read that your wallet is blocked. We send a "Recovery" email manually and they usually come in at the beginning of the following day.

 

If this email didn't show up in your inbox, could you check in your junk folder. You can find it by searching 'Sorare Wallet Recovery'.

If the recovery email is still not available after 2 days, please contact us.
