Your wallet password is the same as the password you use to log into your general Sorare account.
If you are having troubles remembering your wallet password, it could be that you are logged into your Sorare account automatically, and don’t remember your general password. If this is the case, you can request a new password in three easy steps:
1️⃣ Go to your account (badge icon), click on settings
2️⃣ Click on "account settings"
3️⃣ Click on "change password"
Please note that after you have updated your password, your wallet will be temporarily locked for security reasons. We do this to protect you! Before completing your password reset, you will need to wait for our Recovery email.
We send a "Recovery" email manually that is at the beginning of the following day. Sometimes these emails can end up in your junk folder. If you think you might have missed our mail, you can find it be searching 'Sorare Wallet Recovery'.
Once you have your 'Key Recovery' you'll be able to unlock your Wallet. Happy collecting!
