I was charged for a bid in an auction and I did not win

Every time you are outbid during an auction, your bank refunds your transaction. If you win the auction, the final bid amount will be charged to your account.

If you didn't receive the refund right away, you should check with your bank, as the time varies per bank. Depending on your bank, refund time may vary from 2 days to 45 days in some cases.

If you don’t see a refund to your account within a few days, we recommend you contact your bank with proof of the non-refunded bid and any additional information that will help speed up the process.

After talking to your banks, if there is anything we can help you with, please feel free to contact us.
