Why am I blocked from direct offers?

If you have been blocked by a certain number of managers in a short period of time, our system will block you from sending direct offers for a period of 48 hours.

This rule is in place to protect our Managers from getting spammed with low offers. We also do this to ensure that Managers do not make a habit of spamming unrealistic offers hoping that someone will accidentally accept the offer. 

 

We never manually remove the block upon request. If you have been blocked for 48 hours, the best thing to do is to wait it out and send more realistic offers in the future. Good luck with your future shopping and Game Weeks!
