Why are some card trades settled faster than others?

The first time a card is traded or transferred on the blockchain, it usually takes a bit longer; however, once this first trade or transfer is out of the way, the card will trade more efficiently on the blockchain, and trades or transfers of that card will typically be completed within a matter of seconds.

Our goal is to always complete transactions efficiently, with a maximum wait of 24 hours, but delays with card and ETH transfers sometimes happen (e.g. 48 to 72 hours) during peak times of demand.

If there is a delay, it is likely because the Ethereum network is busy and gas fees are high.
