If you are getting an error message in your onboarding we recommend you hard refresh the page (right-click > then, click on the refresh icon for 2 seconds, a pop up should appear > then click on Empty cash and Hard reresh). If this doesn’t work, please contact our Support Team.
If you are receiving an error message in the game, please check your in-game notifications or community channels to see if we have a support update on the issue. If it is affecting a number of our Managers it’s likely that we are working on a fix.
