I have lost or my phone is broken and I can not access my 2FA, how can I recover my account?

If you lost access to your phone, or the two-factor authentication application, please send the requested below information to our support team.

Please make sure you send the information we ask at each 4 steps.

 

1) The email associated to your account

2) if you paid by credit card: the last 4 numbers of your card

3) Your IP (https://www.whatsmyip.org/)

4) If you own many blockchain cards, we'll need one last step to verify your identity for security reasons.  We will need from you to sign (Web3) your Sorare username + the current date (format that you should use: YYYYMMDD-username) with your Metamask account (the one linked to Sorare) by following this link: https://app.mycrypto.com/sign-message.  You can then copy paste to us here the result so that we can validate your identity on our side.

 

After verifying your identity, we will be able to grant you access to your account again. Happy collecting!
