How do I report a scoring error?

Sorare partners with the world leader in sports data to score our competitions.

Scores are refreshed:

  • Every five (5) minutes during a live match
  • Every five (5) minutes for one hour after full-time
  • Every hour, starting one (1) hour after full-time

There is a review system to to ensure timely and accurate scores; however, occasionally there are scoring errors. If you feel that you've spotted an error, please report the scoring error. Please note that we only consider goal and assist errors. 

Please wait at least 12 hours after the completion of matches before reporting scoring errors - e.g. if a goal is scored and doesn't show but the match ended recently, most of the time it will be corrected automatically without anyone needing to report it.
