In Sorare MLB 2026, Super Rare and Unique In-Season competitions are merged. Both scarcities compete in the same lineups, creating a richer, more competitive environment at the highest levels of play.
Why Unique still offers greater value
Even within merged competitions, Unique cards deliver significantly more value than Super Rare:
- In-Season Unique cards earn 60% more rewards than Super Rare counterparts in In-Season Leaderboards every single Game Week
- Once a Unique card becomes Classic, it still returns 15% more rewards for the rest of the player's career
- Unique cards unlock an additional Classic slot in Super Rare / Unique competitions
- Unique cards help you climb Collection milestones faster, with up to an extra 2% scoring bonus vs. Super Rare
Updated Unique Collection Bonus
The Unique Collections bonus milestones have been updated to accelerate rewards at earlier stages, while maintaining the same 8% maximum:
- Milestone 1 → 1%
- Milestone 2 → 4% (was 2%)
- Milestone 3 → 5% (was 3%)
- Milestone 4 → 7% (was 6%)
- Milestone 5 → 8% (unchanged)
Updates to Collections
- Unique cards now grant 50 Collection points per card (up from 10)
- Super Rare cards now grant 20 Collection points per card (up from 10)
- Long-term ownership bonuses have doubled: +20 points after 30 days (previously +10 after 90 days)
