- What are my Gaming Limits?
To participate in Sorare Pro competitions, you must set two types of Gaming Limits:
- Playtime Limit: Playtime refers to the time during which you are connected and active on the competition participation interfaces, particularly when composing your teams and accessing associated features. If you reach this limit over a 7-day period, you will no longer be able to compose teams in Sorare Pro until the start of the next period.
- Spending Limit: this is the maximum amount you choose to spend on purchasing cards from Sorare over a 7-day period. Your limit is set in euros. All spending with Sorare (including in cryptocurrencies) is counted toward the limit you have set. If you reach this limit over a 7-day period, it will no longer be possible to make new card purchases from Sorare until the start of the next period.
- Can I modify my Gaming Limits?
Yes, you can modify your Gaming Limits at any time from your Profile page. In the event of a request to modify your Gaming Limits:
- Downward: the change takes effect immediately.
- Upward: your request takes effect 48 hours later.
Please note, however, that if you have reached your Gaming Limit (playtime or spending), you will not be able to modify it until the start of the following 7-day period.
- When do my Gaming Limits reset?
Your Gaming Limits operate on 7-day periods that renew automatically. If you have not yet reached your current Gaming Limit, you can modify it at any time: the change will take effect immediately (if decreasing your Gaming Limits) or within 48 hours (if increasing), but without resetting the current period. Your new limit will then apply to all subsequent periods, unless further modified. For example:
- if you set your Gaming Limits on a Monday at 3pm, they will automatically renew every following Monday at 3pm;
- if you modify (downward) those same Gaming Limits on a Wednesday, your new Gaming Limits will apply from that Wednesday until the following Monday at 3pm, and so on.
The reset date of your Gaming Limits is accessible at any time in your Account settings.
