- What are my Gaming Limits?
To participate in JONUM competitions, you must set two types of Gaming Limits:
- Playing time limit: Playing time corresponds to the time during which you are connected and active on the participation interfaces for JONUM competitions, particularly to compose your teams and access associated features. If you reach this limit over a 7-day period, you will no longer be able to compose teams in a JONUM Competition until the start of the next period.
- Spending limit: this is the maximum amount you choose to dedicate to purchasing cards or gems over a 7-day period. Your limit is set in euros. All expenses, including those made in cryptocurrencies, are counted in the calculation of the limit you have set. If you reach this limit over a 7-day period, you will no longer be able to make new purchases of cards or gems until the start of the next period.
- Can I modify my Gaming Limits?
Yes, you can modify your Gaming Limits at any time from your My Account page. In case of a request to modify your Gaming Limits:
- Decrease: the modification is immediate.
- Increase: your request takes effect 48 hours later.
However, please note that if you have reached your Gameplay Limit (playing time or spending), you will not be able to modify it before the start of the next 7-day period.
- When are my Gaming Limits renewed?
Your Gaming Limits operate over 7-day periods that automatically renew. If you have not yet reached your current Gameplay Limit, you can modify it at any time: the modification will take effect immediately (in case of a decrease in your Gaming Limits) or within 48 hours (in case of an increase), but without resetting the current period. Your new limit will then apply to all subsequent periods, unless modified later.
For example:
- if you set your Gaming Limits on a Monday at 3 PM, they will automatically renew every subsequent Monday at 3 PM;
- if you modify (downward) these same Gaming Limits on Wednesday, your new Gaming Limits will apply from that Wednesday until the following Monday at 3 PM, and so on.
The reset date of your Gaming Limits is accessible at any time in your Account settings.
