- What is the account verification process?
In accordance with the JONUM regulation, Sorare Pro players located in France must undergo an account verification process.
This process is designed to provide a safe, responsible gaming experience that complies with the regulatory requirements applicable to games with monetizable digital objects (JONUM).
- Is verifying my account mandatory?
Account verification is only mandatory if you are playing from France and participating in Sorare Pro competitions that require the use of at least one Pro card (Limited, Rare, Super Rare or Unique).
- How do I complete the account verification?
The account verification process is mandatory for players participating in a Sorare Pro Competition from France, and includes:
- Setting your Gaming Limits, and
- An identity verification that must be completed within 30 days (only for players who have not already verified their identity as part of the Mangopay Cash Wallet)
During this 30-day period, you can continue playing, but any card and cryptocurrency rewards (Ether or SOL) you may earn will be suspended until identity verification is complete. Other rewards (Essence, market credits, XP, etc.) will be granted to you.
This account verification process will only be triggered if you are located in France at the time of submitting a Team in a Sorare Pro competition.
