My ETH balance shows 0. Where is my StarkEx ETH?

If your account still held ETH on StarkEx after the 2025 migration, this ETH did not move to Base on its own. It is safe in your StarkEx vault, so your wallet shows 0 ETH while your accounting CSV export still shows it. You can move it to your Sorare balance on Base.

Move your ETH to Base

  1. Log in to Sorare on desktop and expand the sidebar.
  2. Click Migrate ETH.
  3. Check the Amount to migrate and the Network fee.
  4. Click Confirm.

While the migration runs, the button shows Migrating ETH.

What does it cost?

The fee is 0.003 ETH. It pays for the Ethereum mainnet transactions that Sorare sends for you to get your ETH out of StarkEx. You get your balance minus 0.003 ETH.

Why don't I see the Migrate ETH button?

  • Your StarkEx vault holds less than 0.003 ETH. This does not cover the fee, so it cannot be recovered.
  • You already migrated. Your ETH is in your Sorare balance on Base.

Where is the transaction hash?

There is no transfer to an external wallet. Sorare credits the ETH to your Sorare balance on Base. From there you can use it on the market or withdraw it to an external wallet.

If it does not work

If the button shows Migration Error, contact support. Send your Sorare username and a screenshot of the error.
