Pick your competition
To start building your team on the Marketplace you first need to choose which competition you want to play in; here are the available competitions:
Premier League, LALIGA, Bundesliga, Challenger, Contender and U23. You can play these competitions in the 2024/25 season mode or in the Classic mode.
Scarcities
On Sorare you can build your team with 4 different card scarcities. These are present in each competition and define the prize pool in the competition.
For each player, you’ll find a maximum of 1000 cards for a Limited card/season, 100 for Rare, 10 for Super Rare, and 1 for Unique.
3 ways to acquire new cards
If you want to play in the 2024/25 season mode 3 markets will be available to build your team. If you decide to play in the classic mode you'll only be able to buy cards from other managers in the Manager Sales market.
Instant Buy
Browse the instant buy section to acquire Limited & Rare Cards and join advanced competitions with bigger rewards.
Auctions
Browse the Auctions section to discover new cards available. Participate in auctions where you bid on player cards to strengthen your squad.
Manager Sales
With the manager sales, you have the option to directly purchase or trade player cards from other Managers. This allows you to target and quickly acquire specific cards to improve your team.
Filters
Once you’re on the Marketplace, you can use the Filters to start building your team. Start with the main filters: Competition Eligibility, In-Season (for Manager Sales), Scarcity. Once you’ve tried these you can start looking at the other filters that will allow you to be competitive from day 1.
Playing Game Week: gives you the information that the player is playing or not during the next Game Week. If a player does not play he’ll score 0 points.
Average Score: You’ll have two scores to take into account - the last 15 average score that gives your the player score that is highlighted under the player’s card and the last 5 average score that gives you a hint on the current form of the player and if he’s over or underperforming compared to his last 15 score.
Games Played: This allows you to find player that are frequently on the pitch. The most important is to have player playing during a game to make sure they will score points.
Price: Select your budget for the card to find players in your price range.
