Multi-entry allows you to enter 3 lineups for each competition. For example, you can submit 3 teams in PL In Season Limited and 3 teams in PL Classic Limited.
At the end of a Game Week, each of your teams can get promoted or relegated (or stay in the same Division), and win rewards independently from each other.
