If you intend to receive competition rewards in your Cash Wallet, you will first need to activate your Cash Wallet and upload a valid form of ID.
After your ID is validated, you can claim your cash reward*! Congrats 🏆
*Managers can still opt to receive rewards in ETH or SOL.
If unclaimed after 14 days, rewards will be automatically claimed for validated accounts. After 14 days, if unclaimed, your cash will be added to your wallet.
Please note that this only applies to validated accounts with verified phone numbers. Accounts that are not verified but have rewards pending auto-claim will receive an email reminder. This email will inform them that they have three days to verify their account before the rewards are permanently forfeited.
*Starting from May 31, 2026, if you are located in France and have verified your account in accordance with the JONUM regulation, cash rewards will no longer be paid out in fiat currency (EUR, GBP or USD). Instead, you will receive the equivalent amount directly in your Crypto Wallet, in either ETH or SOL, depending on your preference.
